Since 2019, our team has been actively supporting young people, helping them navigate the ever-evolving digital world.
About Us
In collaboration with:
experts and teachers, we develop innovative training solutions that help educators understand the risks associated with new technologies. We are dedicated to fostering synergy between young people, parents, and the school environment. We are quick to respond to the fast- changing world of young people:

Goal and Mission
The Foundation is dedicated to its mission of supporting Polish youth, so that they can build
a modern society in the future– one that is driven by passion, joy of life, and free from addictions.
The Foundation's primary goals are:
helping young people discover and develop their passions and interests
promoting positive messages and value-based life models to a wider audience
raising awareness on addiction prevention and offering support to those affected by addictions
supporting artistic, journalistic, educational, and publishing activities
preventing food waste
providing aid to individuals struggling with debt and difficult life circumstances, including homelessness
One of the initiatives of the Young Generation Development Foundation is designing and implementing the Smart Skills prevention program for primary schools between 2022 and 2024, funded by the National Freedom Institute.
The program aims to:
- mitigate the long-term effects of the COVID-19 pandemic
- address mental health issues among children and adolescents
- provide knowledge about forms of psychological support and ways to access them
- prevent suicide attempts
- help young people build strong peer relationships and develop the skills to maintain them
- teach how to cope with mental crises
Programs
Our Foundation actively supports and implements a variety of prevention programs for children and youth. Notable among them are:
Smart Skills program,
serves to protect children and youth from the mental health crisis that is prevalent in their generation today.
Institute for Development and Prevention (Instytut Rozwoju i Profilaktyki)
a think tank dedicated to the mental health of children and adolescents
Good Topic (Dobry Temat) and Good Topic Academy (Akademia Dobrego Tematu)
providing technical support for online meetings held by the Explore the Depth (Wypłyń na Głębię) Foundation, designed for parents of teenagers and high school teachers
Talents of the Future (Talenty Przyszłości)
The program helps teachers understand how they can support young people in choosing their personal and career development path.

realizowany przez partnerską Fundację „Wypłyń na Głębię” od maja do grudnia 2020 roku. W ramach wolontariatu członkowie Fundacji Dobry Motyw wsparli kluczowe wydarzenie projektu, jakim był koncert online poprzez przygotowanie scenariusza wydarzenia online oraz obsługę techniczną wydarzenia.
In collaboration with:
the Explore the Depth (Wypłyń na Głębię) Foundation, our Foundation runs the Good Topic (Dobry Temat) program, a hybrid universal prevention program for school-aged youth. It is designed to be conducted in in-person, remote, and hybrid education settings. The project is implemented in collaboration with experts in pedagogy, prevention, and social rehabilitation.
By employing multimedia forms of expression and modern methods to reach young people, the foundation is dedicated to its mission of supporting Polish youth, so that they can build a modern society in the future – one that is driven by
passion, joy of life, and free from addictions.
The Foundation was established by Przemysława Jaskierskiegoa musician and social activist from Nowy Sącz. Among his many initiatives, he has been involved in coordinating national minority initiatives in the Sądecki region „Sądecki Sztetl” as part of a local program dedicated to preserving history and tradition. One of his key projects is 'Shtetl of Sącz' which includes actions supporting impoverished and ill individuals in the Limanowa and Nowy Sącz districts. For his work, including initiatives like Sztetlowy Mikołajek and Chaimowa Cadaka, he was nominated for the Personality of the Year 2019 award..
