The mental well-being of children and adolescents in Poland is on a deeply concerning decline. In 2023, approximately 13,600 cases of depression were diagnosed.As many as 1994 young people attempted suicide,with ending in tragedy.Recent societal changes—the pandemic, war —have significantly worsened young people’s mental health in every aspect. Help us turn this trend around!
Recognizing these alarming predictions, our team launched Good Topic (Dobry Temat) a preventive program designed for older teenagers. A few years later, we created the Smart Skills program aimed at younger students in primary schools.
The Smart Skills programis based on modern teaching methods and aims to develop social and emotional skills in grades 6-8 of primary school. Both programs have already been implemented in 349 schools across Poland!
